Hi! My national ID is already done. My problem is i lost the transaction receipt and the phone number i use on the registration also lost. I would like to Change the delivery address because the address i put on it is the address of my previous work.  I would like to change the delivery address to Nancamarinan Paniqui tarlac. My number now is 09952203955
