Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. 

We are a team of U.S. academics studying the long-term effects of electrification in the Philippines, and would greatly appreciate if you could provide the mapping between codes and names for provinces and municipalities  for the following question from the 2010 census: 

p14:   In what city/municipality did __ reside on May 1, 2005? IF ANOTHER CITY/ MUNICIPALITY, SPECIFY THE NAME OF CITY/MUNICIPALITY AND PROVINCE ON THE SPACES PROVIDED.

I believe this is contained in the codebook.
