Good Day! I am Nellan Rivamonte, a college student, and currently doing a Research project which is a product that will benefit deaf and mute persons in the Philippines. I would like to request for information regarding:

- Total number of deaf and mute population in Luzon only 2023. 
- Total number of the mute and deaf persons according to regions in Luzon 2023.
