To whom it may concern:
Please re send my password for my e-philsys ID immediately for me to re open the pdf file because it was deleted in my cellphone inbox in order for me to access and print said ID because for this long period of time i was not issued a plastic ID but to be printed in a paper instead. For favorable consideration. Thank you.

Dear Sharlene Grace Trazona,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 23, 2023 10:58:01 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for E-Philysys ID deleted password.

Your FOI request is approved.

Our apologies for the delayed response.

If upon checking the availability of your ePhilID via the ePhilID Appointment System (https://appt.philsys.gov.ph/) using the Transaction Reference Number (TRN), and result is your ePhilID is ready for claiming. You may visit any PhilSys registration center or visit https://appt.philsys.gov.ph to set an appointment to claim your ePhilID at your most convenient time.

The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card you can use for government and private transactions that require a government-issued valid proof of identity.

We would also like to assure you that you will receive your physical PhilID card; the PSA has allocated every PhilSys registered person a PhilID card, which shall be delivered to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration.

Thank you very much.

We would love to hear your Feedback so we can improve our services. Kindly fill out the PSA Customer feedback form from this link: https://tinyurl.com/OnlineCSSForm.

Thank you.

Respectfully,
