I am writing to follow up on my application for a National Identification Card (ID). I submitted my application on February 22, 2023 at Sm Lucena Philsys Registration Center, but I have not received any updates regarding its status.

May I kindly request an update on the progress of my National ID application? Its timely completion is important as it is required for various official transactions.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. If any further information or documents are needed from my side, please let me know, and I will provide them immediately.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
