Good Day! I couldn't get printable ePhilDs from any registration center because my TRN slip and phone number went missing. I don’t have any valid ID right now aside from my school ID.

May I request for retrieval of lost National ID Transaction Number? If so, what can I do?

In reference to your concern requesting for the transaction reference number (TRN) for lost transaction slip, please coordinate directly and provide the following details to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph:

1) Name (Surname, Given name, Middle name)
2) Date of Birth (Month/Day/Year)
3) Sex
4) PhilSys Registration Center (RC) where you registered
