Dear Nicolle Katryn Tabancura,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 28, 2021 03:39:01 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Provincial Estimates of NDHS 2017.

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please be informed that our NDHS results are limited to national and regional estimates only.

Should you still interested on our public use files, please send the following requirements to info@psa.gov.ph:

1) Letter of Request addressed to our Head of Agency with an affixed signature of the Research/Thesis Adviser indicating the specific data of puf, its reference period, and the purpose of using the microdata
2) Accomplished Data Product Agreement Form (https://tinyurl.com/DPAFstudent)

Once these documents are received, we will submit these for approval and provide you the data sets as soon as possible.
