Hello Ma'am/Sir. I have seen in the tracker that my National ID has been delivered last year but I actually haven't received it yet. I think the delivery address is the problem so I am requesting to please deliver it on a new address I will provide. I also request to change my cellphone number to a new one.

Old Address: Olsim Building, Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet
New Address: Susan's Store, Sunrise parking lot Meryland branch, Km6, La Trinidad, Benguet

Old Cellphone Number: 09091639356
New Cellphone number: 09303820044

Dear Maribeth Cangsan,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 31, 2024 11:18:19 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for National ID.

Your FOI request is approved.

We ask for more patience about the delivery of your PhilID. We understand that your PhilID is important to you.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2.

To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/. Also, the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.

To add, the process to change the information provided on your Step 2 registration is not yet available. Please stay tuned to our official Facebook page https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial or our website at http://philsys.gov.ph for the PhilID updating and renewal process. We encourage you to keep your PhilID and avoid sharing it on social media or with other people to protect your personal information.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.

For other concerns, you may reach PhilSys Registry Office thru email at info@philsys.gov.ph, Hotline 1388, and https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial.

We would love to hear your Feedback so we can improve our services. Kindly fill out the PSA Customer feedback form from this link: https://tinyurl.com/OnlineCSSForm.

Thank you.

Respectfully,

Rene C. Mendoza
