Hi!  I would like to know if PSA keeps birth records PRIOR to 1935.

My mother was born in 1929 and has a Certificate from the Local Registry Office of Manila.  We would like to know the earliest year of birth that PSA has records of, because we understand that they do not have birth records before WW II.
