Good Day!
I'm Angela Zafe from Quezon City University conducting a Research Study concerning the total population Register on Philippine National ID System. We would like to ask for some information including the following;

1. Total Population by Region Registered on Step 1 2021
2. Total Population by Region Registered on Step 2 2021
3. Total Population by Region who received their National ID by 2021
4. Target Population by Region to complete the Step 1 and 2 by the end of 2021.
5. Total Population by Region aged 5 and above year 2022
