Hi sir/ma'am. I need to follow up the delivery of my PhilSys national ID that I didn't received for the past months.

I lived and registered here in San Isidro Hagonoy Bulacan and I really need my PhilSys national ID to be delivered as soon as possible.

It needs to be delivered at the PhilPost office and PSA in my area or to San Isidro Purok 4 Baranggay Hall where I registered.

I hope the delivery process will be fast and successful.

The transaction number and details of my PhilSys national ID registration is sent via email.

Thank you and stay safe always.
