Thank you for your swift response but no one will receive the ID in the original delivery address because I don't stay there anymore and moved in the province. 

Even if PSA delivers again, no one will receive on my behalf. Let me know how to proceed or if there's a way to claim the ID in a satellite office in my new province.

Thank you for your request dated Jan 06, 2024 10:45:40 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Change of National ID Delivery Address.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.
