Hi I would like to clarify some information on the FIES questionnaire.

Under the Health Expenditure (F. Health):
- Is there categorization of what is a health expense? For example, are skin care medicine and surgeries considered under health expenses? 

May I also ask a copy of the Enumerator's Guide or Reference so I can fully understand the data/questionnaire of the FIES 2018?
