Hi goodafternoon! I would like to change my old delivery address to a new one

Old Delivery Address: Brgy. Dolores, San Pablo City Laguna

New Delivery Address: Sannera Subdivision Phase 2 Block 14 Lot 12 Brgy. San Antonio 2, San Pablo City Laguna

Also, I would like to change my cellphone number because the old number that I used is gone. Here is my new cellphone number

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.
