Hi I would like to ask for a request for the mobile phone of my abusers because it is needed for raffy tulfo in action in order to contact my abuser so the raffy tulfo in action will also hear the side of my abusers. I ask the ntc because the smart told me that the ntc has the rigth for giving those kind of info but It dis appoint me because they tell that they cant give so I think PSA can find it because of the sim registration .. they will put they info their like name address and contact number so I think the psa is the one who can solve the needs of mine to resolve the problem. Thank you.
