Hello! I would like to ask if I can get a replacement for my lost National ID Card. Because, I really need it for school and other things I would need my national ID for. Please get my message, thank you!

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
