I am Andrei Ezekiel Tungol. 

As a part of my thesis, I would like to gain access to Foreign Investments Report from 1992 until the first and second quarter of 1996) if possible. In the website of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), the ones available are from 1997 up to the present.
