May 15, 2020 Dear Mario, Jr. Catubay, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 15, 2020 10:23:43 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for List of Persons with CATUBAY surname. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have information on this. Please see our FAQs on our website as stated: Can I request the birth certificate of my father/mother who was born before 1945? Unless the birth certificate undergoes endorsement or delayed registration, we regret that the PSA cannot provide you with the birth record. Civil registry records that are available in our electronic and paper archives cover births, marriages and deaths that occurred starting 1945 to the current year, and from 1951 onwards for events that occurred in Manila. For civil registry records prior to 1945, we issue certifications (negative), unless PSA was able to receive a copy of the birth certificate through endorsement or delayed registration. You may also check if a copy of the birth certificate is available in the National Archives of the Philippines. Also, we do not provide personal information due to the Data Privacy Act. Should you need additional information, you may contact us using the reply function on the eFOI portal. We would love to hear your Feedback so we can improve our services. Kindly fill out the PSA Customer feedback form from this link: https://goo.gl/forms/J8QrjkKm0ui9zB9n1 Thank you. Respectfully, Simonette Nisperos FOI Officer
