Greetings!

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the status of my National ID application, which I submitted on October 19, 2021. It has been two years, and I am concerned because my cousin, who applied in November 2021, received her ID before me, despite my earlier registration. This doesn't make sense. I believed the process followed a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, when I check the online tracking, it indicates "not found." I am also confused as to why the processing is taking so long. I genuinely need the ID, so I kindly request a faster process.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
