I was told that my national ID will be available january of 2022 but its still not yet delivered and there was no records found on the philsys tracking site. I was also told that the transaction number would be 30 digits however my claim slip only has a 29 digit transaction number

Despite the pandemic, we are doing our best to continue card production and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 
We humbly ask for your patience and support as we currently prioritize the distribution of PhilIDs to low-income families we registered in 2020 and earlier this year. 

Meanwhile, please stay tuned for the launch of the PhilSys mobile app, an alternate and digital version of the PhilID which can be used ahead of the physical card.
