Hello Sir or Mme.

I hope this finds you well.

Before asking for data we would like to know if there is difference between Family Income and Expenditure Survey (FIES) made in 2015, 2018 and 2021. Could you please tell us if the question changed in 2018 and 2021? Or (if easier for you) to send us the questionarry. We would like to see if the survey contains the needed information before making a request.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 08, 2022 04:05:57 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Need to understand the data.

Your FOI request is approved.

In reference to your request, you may check our data dictionary of FIES:

Should you wish to request for the public use files of FIES, please submit the following requirements to email address info@psa.gov.ph:
1) Letter of Request addressed to our Head of Agency with your affixed signature indicating the specific data of puf, its reference period, and the purpose of using the microdata
2) Accomplished Data Product Agreement Form (https://tinyurl.com/DPAFresearch)

Once these documents are received, we will submit these for approval and verify the availability of the pufs. We will process and provide you the data sets as soon as possible.
