Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 17, 2023 03:30:14 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Tracking my National ID.

Your FOI request is approved. 

In reference to your concern, you may track your PhilID using your transaction reference number (TRN) at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

You may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.

Furthermore, in order to get transaction reference number (TRN) for lost transaction slip, please provide the following details to our PhilSys Registry Office through info@philsys.gov.ph:

1) Name (Surname, Given name, Middle name)
2) Date of Birth (Month/Day/Year)
3) Sex
4) PhilSys Registration Center (RC) where you registered
