Good day,
I lost my National ID card and would like to ask if I can request a replacement for it and what the process is. I badly need it for my school and other applications.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
