Good Day, Mr./Ms., I would like to change my delivery address to the following information below:

Old Address: Bliss Mangayang Dupax del Sur Nueva Vizcaya 
New Address: Phase 8A Package 12 Block 159 lot 2 Bagong Silang, Brgy. 176, Caloocan City.

Thank you for your request dated Jan 09, 2024 11:04:37 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Change of National ID Delivery.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

For other concerns, you may reach PhilSys Registry Office thru email at info@philsys.gov.ph, Hotline 1388, and https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial.
