I am writing to seek your kind assistance regarding my national ID, I have not yet received my national ID despite applying for it two years ago. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Unfortunately, I have lost my TRN, which has made it difficult for me to track the progress of my national ID application. However, I do possess my digital Philippine ID ABA422 and PCN: 417615849059128, which I believe could assist you in locating my application record. You asked for Assistance for release of National ID.

In reference to your concern requesting for the transaction reference number (TRN) for lost transaction slip, please coordinate directly and provide the following details to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph:

1) Name (Surname, Given name, Middle name)
2) Date of Birth (Month/Day/Year)
3) Sex
4) PhilSys Registration Center (RC) where you registered

You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
