Last Name: Lim
Given Name: Lucy
Middle Name: Cayaba

Registration Center: South Park Ayala Mall, Bayanan, Muntinlupa City
New Primary address: 4905 Arciaga Compound, Soldiers Hills Village, Putatan, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila 1772

In addition, please change the delivery address to the New Primary Address which is 4905 Arciaga Compound, Soldiers Hills Village, Putatan, Muntinlupa.

Thank you for your request dated Aug 19, 2023 08:31:58 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Change Residence Address & Delivery Address National ID for Queennie Lim, Elijah Lim and Lucy Lim.

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.
