Good Day Sir/Ma'am,

Gusto ko po sana mag tanong kung na update na po ba yung PSA Live Birth ko kung na changed na po ba yung Apelyedo ko kasi sa PSA ko po ay Nicko Jarogon Asis pa po. So I want to change it to Nicko Asis Madrid kasi ayun po ang gamit ko sa School and other transactions. I already filled a correction last May 2022.  Badly needed po for school and company requirements po di po ako makakuha kuha ng passport kasi yung PSA ko po may problema.
