I am Kenneth Louisse Martin and I am asking for the survey dataset of the National Demographic and health Survey, covering years 2010-2019. This will be used for my thesis under the Master of Science in Public Health major in Biostatistics, on the Geographical Variation of Public/Private Health Insurance coverage in the Philippines

It will be helpful if respondent location such as by Municipality or by province be available, there is no need to share PII data.

Please be informed that our puf of NDHS is limited to regional estimates only.

Should you still be interested to acquire the datasets, you may send the following requirements to info@psa.gov.ph:
1) Letter of Request addressed to our Head of Agency with an affixed signature of the Research/Thesis Adviser indicating the specific data of puf, its reference period, and the purpose of using the microdata
2) Accomplished Data Product Agreement Form (https://tinyurl.com/DPAFstudent)

Once these documents are received, we will submit these for approval and provide you the data sets as soon as possible.
