Good day!  
I am 5th year Architecture Student from Lyceum of the Philippines University, Cavite Campus. The reason behind this mail is to request the Comprehensive Land Use Plan of General Santos City, South Cotabato. This request letter is for research study entitled “A Proposed Learning Center for Indigenous People Towards Cultural Preservation”. A proposed learning center aims to provide a facility for the community of indigenous people to preserve their culture, language, and to sustain community life.
