Hi I would like to request the birth records and marriage records of my Great great Grandfathers Serafin Estevanez Sr married to Cipriana Santua. His son Serafin Estevanez Junior (Married to Aurea Mendietta or Mendita).

Please be informed that we do not have civil registry certificates from years 1945 and below. Hence, you may coordinate with the National Archives of the Philippines on this matter.

Kindly take note that we also do not process requests of civil registry certificates through this portal. 

Please be advised that our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
