Hi! I would like to know my trackung number because I lost my claiming stub. Below are some of the details to locate my tracking number and also I want to know when can I receive my national id

In reference to your concern requesting for the transaction reference number (TRN) for lost transaction slip, please coordinate directly and provide the following details to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph:

1) Name (Surname, Given name, Middle name)
2) Date of Birth (Month/Day/Year)
3) Sex
4) PhilSys Registration Center (RC) where you registered
