Good day!

As a senior student who is currently doing the data gathering portion of my thesis, I would like to request the following raw data files in either Excel or .csv format:

1. National Demographic and Health Survey 2017
2. National Demographic and Health Survey, Individual Women's Survey 2017
3. National Demographic and Health Survey, Individual Household Survey 2017

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 22, 2023 02:56:17 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for National Demographic Health Survey 2017.

Your FOI request is approved. 

In reference to your request to the public use files, please be informed that our available FIES pufs is limited to regional estimates only. Please submit the following documents to info@psa.gov.ph:

1) Letter of Request addressed to our Head of Agency with your affixed signature indicating the specific data of puf, its reference period, and the purpose of using the microdata
2) Accomplished Data Product Agreement Form (https://tinyurl.com/DPAFresearch)

Once these documents are received, we will submit these for approval and verify the availability of the pufs. We will process and provide you the data sets as soon as possible.
