Thank you for your request dated Sep 06, 2023 12:56:31 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
