Hello !  Good day , I lost my PSA Id during my hospitalization of my husband and I really need that valid id for me to be able to transact for my husband medical I dont have any ID that has an address in Davao.Please help me

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
