Good day! I humbly seek the assistance of your good office to help me with the needed data for a foresight report. I'd like to request the percentage growth rate per quarter from 2018 to the latest available data, as well as the year-to-date figures for the following indicators:
1. Gross National Income
2. Gross Domestic Product 
2a. Manufacturing
2b. Household Final Consumption Expenditure
2c. Fixed Capital Formation
3. Value of Production
4. Volume of Production
5. Value of Sales
6. Total Approved Foreign Investment 
7. Headline Inflation Rate
8. Core Inflation Rate
