Hi! I'm Roger Jr. D. Balanay and I would like to request for a correction of my National Id. My suffix JR. should be placed beside my first name since it is the proper format in my other government ID's as well as public and private documents. And I would also like to change my Blood type to B+ which I just recently found out. Hope for a positive response as soon as possible. Thank you!

Please stay tuned to our official Facebook page  https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial or our website at http://philsys.gov.ph for the PhilID updating and renewal process. We encourage you to keep your PhilID and avoid sharing it on social media or with other people to protect your personal information.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
