hi i would like to make a request if our marriage certificate was on the record on your good office if it does exist or if it's okey already.

You asked for marriage certificate.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We regret that we do not provide such information. To verify the marriage certificate, you may request for a manual verification in the Local Civil Registry Office where the marriage was officiated. Or you may request to our CRS Outlets or through online.

Please be advised that our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
