Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 19, 2023 03:14:39 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Lost national id.

Kindly wait for the announcement in our official channels for the process of replacement of lost/stolen PhilIDs.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
