Greetings.
I am a Statistician of the National Conciliation and Mediation Board, an attached agency of the Department of Labor and Employment. We would like to request for a copy of survey questionnaire being used during Annual Survey on Philippine Business and Industry (ADPBI). This will be used for our agency proposed research about a rider survey on ADPBI.
