Good day!

Ask ko lang po bakit unsuccessful delivery yong national ID? Sa pagkakaalam ko dito sa work ko nakaaddress national ID dito sa ortigas ako nag-appy. Nationa ID transaction no. 70000245180345320211005013138

Please deliver the national ID to my work at Emerald Mansion Ortigas Jr. Road Ortigas Center Pasig. I'm hoping for a quick response.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.
