Good Day!

I am sending you a query about my National ID. I registered for it last July 30, 2021 and until now I still have not received it. It has been more than 2 years since then. Your processing is taking too long and I wonder why. My friends whom I went with the registration already got hers. Please make your processing much faster as I needed this ID very much.

I hope this message will get to you and will take time to address my concern. Thank you and be safe.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration direrctly to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
