Hi, I would like to ask if my PSA birth certificate is already updated? Our local already send the Certificate of Finality for the last two months.

Hoping for immediate response, since I tried to get PSA last March 1st week but still it is not updated . As far as I know it will be posted or updated after submitting the Certificate of Finality after 5 days, but how it comes it's almost two months.
