Greetings! I would like to request for the following information:

1. Total Number of Persons with Disability for 2015
2. Percentage of Amputees in the Philippines
3. Area or location of largest number of amputees 
4. Age and gender bracket or range of amputees
5. Cause of amputation (disease, accident, inborn/congenital)
6. Statistics on amputees in the philippines who's unemployed
7. Data on how many facilities dedicated for amputees group here in the Philippines. 
8. How many successful employed amputees that facilities helped.
