Please advise the scheduled release dates for the 2023 year vital statistics (births, deaths, marriages). 

Please indicate both the intended preliminary release dates and the effectivity of that data (for example, January - June 2023, as of 30 August 2023), and the progressive update release schedules up to when the final complete data / with breakdowns / annual report will be released.
