Your FOI request is approved. 

If you have already a birth certificate, there is no need to process or file a delayed registration of birth record. Instead, you need to file a legitimation process in the Local Civil Registry Office where your birth record was registered. Regarding fees and requirements, kindly coordinate directly with the LCRO.
