I would like to request information regarding the  ROM transmitted from DFA ASEANA if it is already updated in your system. This is in connection for the application and update of my passport. See details below:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 30, 2021 03:53:04 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Update on Report Of Marriage (ROM).

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please be advised that you may request a copy of your document from PSA after six (6) months from the date of registration and regular transmittal of your document by the concerned Local Civil Registry Office/Consular Office.

For an advance copy of the document, you may apply for a manual verification via the walk-in application at the nearest PSA Civil Registry System outlet and present the following:

1. 2 valid IDs
2. Copy of Report of Marriage/Birth/Despatch
3. Transmittal Details from DFA/LCRO
You may authorize a representative to request on your behalf, kindly provide the following upon application/claim of the document:

a. Original valid ID or photocopy of valid ID of the document owner and original and photocopy of the valid ID of the representative

b. Authorization letter / Special Power of Attorney (SPA) duly signed by document owner and indicating the following:

Type of document
Number of requested documents
Name of the document/s; and
Complete details of requested documents
