Good day! 
I would like to request an annotated copy of my corrected birth certificate. Our LCR in Marantao, Lanao del Sur has sent the required papers to your office, but we still got no reply or update about it. I badly need a PSA birth certificate copy.
Please help me! Thank you for reading this! Your reply will be very much appreciated. I am hoping for your consideration!
