Greetings, I wish to request fir the following data for a research I am conducting:

1. Fertility Rate per region (years 1993, 1998, 2003, 2008, 2013, 2017, 2022)

2. Fertility Rate  of all provinces under region 3 (years 1993, 1998, 2003, 2008, 2013, 2017, 2022)
