Hi. I am a professor of the Graduate School of Bicol College and currently writing my research about MSMEs CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES IN ALBAY AMIDST COVID 19 pandemic. In connection with this may I respectfully request the following:
1. Total number of MSMEs in Albay. 1st district, 2nd district and 3rd district 
2. Total number of MSMES affected by Covid 19 Pandemic
