Hello, Good Day. I hope this letter finds you well, I would like to report a missing national ID it was stolen together with my phone last Dec. 14 2023 10:40 pm at Cavite-Tanauan public Van Transportation. Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
